1. General
These Terms govern your use of licenseify.net (the "Service") and purchases made on it. By browsing, registering, paying or receiving a license you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. What the Service provides
Licenseify sells monthly licenses for server software (for example hosting control panels and security tools), activated for the server IP address you provide. Licenses are billed month by month; there are no yearly plans. The setup price covers issuing the license for your IP. Installation and configuration of the software are not included.
3. Not affiliated
Licenseify is independent. Software names and logos belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for those owners.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and final: no tax or fee is added at checkout. The price shown when you order is the price you pay for that order; prices may change for later orders. Crypto payments earn 10% cash-back as balance on your account, usable for future purchases on this website. Balance is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. An invoice for a new order is valid for up to 7 days, and expires earlier if the price changes (never within its first 6 hours). A renewal invoice is issued about 7 days before a service ends and shows the actual price on the day you pay. You can pay a renewal until 5 days after its due date; after that the invoice closes and you need to place a new order (the setup price applies again).
5. Delivery
After payment is confirmed we activate the license for your server IP. Activation time is not guaranteed to the minute and depends on the software and on your server being reachable.
6. Refunds and disputes
If we cannot activate your license, we refund you. Once a license is activated and working, the sale is complete and not refundable. Full rules: refund policy. Contact support (email or ticket) before opening any dispute; you agree not to start a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support and giving us a chance to resolve it.
7. Acceptable use
Use licenses lawfully and only on the server IP they were issued for. You may not resell, share or transfer a license, or use the Service for illegal activity or to harm others, the Service or payment providers. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for following the software owner's own terms.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or end access, without refund of already-activated service, if you break these Terms, abuse the Service, or if the law or a payment provider requires it. We may refuse service where there is an elevated risk. Obligations that arose before suspension remain.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, design and the Licenseify name and logo) is protected. Do not copy or republish it without permission.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit, for the consequences of using the software, for third-party actions, or for temporary outages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes
We may change these Terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
